Each batch we produce is freshly produced and tested for quality control. In case there is a mishap, keeping our customers (you) happy is our first priority and we’d be happy to do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Since we deal in fresh juices and products, we cannot accept returns without a genuine reason; like part of your delivery was missing, damaged or your delivery never arrived. In case of missing order or damaged product, please contact us and we will send out a replacement or issue a partial or full refund*.


We understand that you want to enjoy our product as soon as possible and we aim to make it happen by limiting the shipment time to as minimum as possible. In case you have any issues, please feel free to call our number for complaints/ updates.
